Ford Bronco Suspension, Lift Kits & Off-Road Upgrades in Memphis, TN

Lunes Off-Road specializes in Ford Bronco suspension, steering, alignment, wheels and tires, armor, recovery equipment, lighting, accessories and complete off-road builds for Bronco owners throughout Memphis, Millington, Bartlett, Arlington, Germantown, Collierville, North Mississippi and the Mid-South.

We work with both two-door and four-door Broncos, including stock, Sasquatch-equipped and modified vehicles. Whether your Bronco is a daily driver, weekend trail rig, overland build or a combination of all three, our goal is to build a system that improves capability without sacrificing how the vehicle drives on the road.

A Bronco lift should be more than simply making the vehicle taller. Suspension travel, steering geometry, CV angles, alignment, wheel offset, tire size and intended use all matter. We look at the vehicle as a complete system instead of treating each part as an isolated upgrade.

Ford Bronco Suspension & Lift Kits

Suspension is one of the most common upgrades made to a Ford Bronco, but not every lift kit is designed for the same purpose.

Lunes Off-Road installs and services Bronco suspension systems ranging from mild daily-driver lifts and leveling systems to more complete off-road suspension packages designed for additional wheel travel, larger tires and improved vehicle control.

Depending on the build, a Bronco suspension upgrade may include:

  • Coilovers or replacement shocks and springs

  • Upper control arms

  • Adjustable suspension components

  • Rear suspension upgrades

  • Bump-stop changes

  • Steering upgrades

  • Supporting brackets and geometry corrections

  • Wheels and tires

  • Alignment and final setup

The correct combination depends on how the Bronco is actually being used.

A Bronco that spends most of its life commuting on pavement but sees occasional trails needs a different suspension strategy than a vehicle being built around 37-inch tires, technical trails and increased suspension travel.

Daily Driver, Trail Bronco or Both?

Most of our customers do not trailer their Broncos everywhere they go.

They drive them.

That means off-road performance cannot be the only consideration.

A properly designed Bronco suspension should maintain predictable steering, stable highway manners and reasonable ride quality while adding the clearance and capability the owner actually wants.

Premium suspension components can improve more than off-road performance. Better damping, suspension control and properly selected components can also improve how a Bronco responds to bumps, body movement and changing road conditions.

That is why we do not automatically recommend the tallest lift or the most expensive package.

We build around the vehicle, tire size and intended use.

35-Inch and 37-Inch Tire Setups

Tire size has a major effect on how a Bronco drives and how its suspension, steering and drivetrain are loaded.

Running larger tires may affect:

  • Suspension clearance

  • Wheel offset requirements

  • Steering load

  • CV angles

  • Effective gearing

  • Braking feel

  • Acceleration

  • Tire clearance during suspension travel

  • Fender and body clearance

  • Alignment

A 35-inch tire setup can be relatively straightforward on many Broncos depending on trim, suspension and wheel selection.

Moving toward 37-inch tires usually requires more planning.

Simply making the Bronco tall enough to clear the tire is not the same thing as building a properly functioning suspension system.

We consider suspension travel, steering clearance, wheel offset and how the tire behaves throughout the suspension cycle—not just whether it fits while the Bronco is sitting still.

Ford Bronco Alignment After a Lift

A lifted Bronco should be aligned after suspension work.

Because the Bronco uses independent front suspension, changes in ride height can affect alignment angles differently than they would on a solid-axle Jeep.

Important alignment factors include:

  • Caster

  • Camber

  • Toe

  • Steering wheel position

  • Ride height

  • Cross-side differences

Improper alignment can contribute to poor tracking, uneven tire wear, steering instability or a vehicle that simply does not feel right on the highway.

Lunes Off-Road performs alignments with modified vehicles in mind.

We do not treat a lifted Bronco exactly the same way we would treat an untouched commuter vehicle.

The suspension, tire size, wheel selection and intended use all influence final setup.

Bronco Steering & IFS Geometry

The Ford Bronco's independent front suspension provides good road manners and usable wheel travel, but lifting the vehicle and adding larger tires changes the forces being placed on the steering and suspension.

Ride-height changes can influence:

  • CV axle angles

  • Tie-rod angles

  • Ball-joint angles

  • Upper-control-arm position

  • Steering load

  • Suspension travel

  • Droop travel

Those changes become more important as tire size, wheel offset and vehicle weight increase.

This is one reason we recommend looking at the entire front suspension instead of assuming that a spacer or taller spring automatically creates a complete suspension solution.

Bronco Upper Control Arms

Upper control arms are commonly discussed when lifting a Bronco.

Whether they are needed depends on several factors, including lift height, suspension design, alignment requirements and how the Bronco will be used.

An aftermarket upper control arm may provide benefits such as:

  • Improved alignment capability

  • Additional clearance

  • Better ball-joint or joint articulation

  • Improved suspension geometry at increased ride height

They are not automatically required for every Bronco lift.

The correct answer depends on the specific suspension package and vehicle.

Wheels, Tires & Proper Bronco Fitment

Wheel selection is about more than appearance.

Wheel width, offset and backspacing affect how the tire sits relative to the suspension, steering components and body.

Incorrect wheel fitment can create:

  • Tire rubbing

  • Suspension interference

  • Excessive tire protrusion

  • Increased steering load

  • Clearance issues during suspension travel

Lunes Off-Road helps Bronco owners select wheels and tires that work with the suspension instead of simply choosing a wheel because it technically bolts onto the vehicle.

We install, mount and balance off-road tires and can incorporate wheels and tires into a complete suspension build.

Bronco Regearing & Drivetrain

Larger tires effectively change the gearing of the vehicle.

As tire diameter increases, the Bronco may feel less responsive because the engine and transmission must work against a larger effective gear ratio.

Depending on tire size, factory gearing and vehicle use, changing axle ratios may help restore performance.

Lunes Off-Road performs axle and differential work, including regearing, and can help determine whether gearing changes make sense for a particular Bronco build.

Not every Bronco on larger tires automatically needs new gears.

Vehicle configuration and use matter.

Bronco Bumpers, Winches, Armor & Recovery Equipment

Suspension is only one part of a capable Bronco.

We also install off-road equipment including:

  • Front and rear bumpers

  • Winches

  • Rock sliders

  • Skid plates

  • Recovery points

  • Lighting

  • Roof racks

  • Storage systems

  • Onboard accessories

  • Trail equipment

Adding armor, bumpers and recovery equipment also adds weight.

That weight can affect suspension behavior and ride height, which is another reason we prefer planning a Bronco build as a complete vehicle rather than installing unrelated parts one at a time.

Bronco Lighting & Electrical Accessories

Auxiliary lighting is one of the most popular Bronco upgrades.

We install lighting and electrical accessories including:

  • Driving lights

  • Fog lights

  • Rock lights

  • Trail lights

  • Work lights

  • Switch-controlled accessories

  • Recovery-related electrical equipment

Proper wiring matters.

Electrical accessories should be installed with appropriate circuit protection, routing and connections rather than simply being connected wherever power can be found.

Modified Bronco Inspection & Diagnosis

Already own a modified Bronco?

We work on vehicles that have been modified by other shops, dealerships or previous owners.

If something does not drive correctly, wears tires unevenly, makes noise or simply does not feel right after a lift or other modification, we can inspect the vehicle and determine what is actually installed.

That may include checking:

  • Suspension hardware

  • Steering components

  • Alignment

  • Wheel and tire fitment

  • Suspension travel

  • Loose or improperly installed components

  • Differential or axle concerns

  • Driveline issues

Modified vehicles require diagnosis based on what is actually on the vehicle—not simply what the factory service manual says it originally had.

Why Bronco Owners Choose Lunes Off-Road

Lunes Off-Road is an independent off-road and automotive shop in Millington, Tennessee serving the greater Memphis area and Mid-South.

We specialize in Jeeps, Broncos, trucks and SUVs.

Our shop handles suspension, steering, wheels and tires, alignments, axle and differential work, diagnostics, driveline repair, accessories and complete vehicle builds.

Our approach is simple:

build the vehicle around how the owner will actually use it.

A daily-driven Bronco should still drive well.

A trail Bronco should have usable suspension travel.

A larger tire should have the clearance and supporting components it needs.

And a suspension system should work as a system—not just as a collection of parts.
